The Ford E-450 Type III is an emergency vehicle in Ultimate Driving. It is only accessible on the EMT/Fire Team. It is known as the 2002 Polk B8000-LD (Ambulance) in-game.
Before the mesh update was released, the ambulance was built with individual parts with the same red paint job the current ambulance has. The Ambulance has 3 other seats in the back as a purpose to take players with low health to the hospital.

- The ambulance went through several renditions. Originally, it had 2 axles and was based on a Ford E-Series cutaway. Later models were based on the Box Truck and used a Chevrolet Express chassis with a white paint scheme. The current ambulance has returned to the Ford E-Series design.
- The ambulance is mostly used for roleplaying, as the only ways to take damage are from guns or fires, and many players typically choose to drive to hospitals or reset instead of waiting for an ambulance.
- The ambulance uses the same horn as Police vehicles.
- This car has 7 gears, with the seventh activating at about 72 MPH (115 KM/H).
- You can't get fined for speeding or running red light in this car.
- You can refuel this car with Diesel at the gas station.
